Megaman will appear on Consoles and Portables - According to Svensson at Capcom, Megaman is not dead, and will be coming back.
Megaman Will Appear on Consoles and Portables
In the November issue of Nintendo Power magazine, Capcom USA senior vice-president Christian Svensson was asked about the future of Megaman.
Svensson: "I can say with certainty that you’ve not seen the last of the Blue Bomber on consoles and handhelds, and, with luck, we’ll be celebrating his 50th anniversary, including all of the games you’re going to enjoy over the next 25 years. That said, an issue we’ve had in the past has been talking about games and announcing them before we’re certain they’re going to come out, which unfortunately has lead to profound disappointment for many fans. So for now, I’m going to have to stay mum about any details."
Seems like Capcom has learned a lesson in patience when comes to announcing new games, so expect them from now on to only announce new Megaman games after they are officially approved. Both Japan and the US will have their own separate celebrations of Megaman's 25 Anniversary, for the US Megaman's 25 Anniversary is on December 17, 2012.

Folders Are Now Open!
Hi everyone!
I apologize for the long wait in getting the folder cleaned out. :o
Four to five months is awfully long to wait to submit artworks again. After finishing the cleanup, I've realized that several changes are going to have to take place in order to maintain the group galleries.
Thus, here are the changes:
- The Featured folder is permanently locked down.
- ALL OTHER FOLDERS ARE NOW OPEN FOR MEMBERS TO SUBMIT ARTWORKS. I normally didn't do this, but in an effort to ease the load of organizing, I hope that all members will, in good faith, submit artworks in the correct folders.
- If a folder gets full, the admins will leave it for
Featured Folder Has Been Locked Down!
As of this journal post, the folder has been locked down. We are accepting no more submissions until we can get it organized. Thank you for your patience, and we'll open the folder back up ASAP.
Rock on! :)
Welcome New Mods and Folder Lockdown on Jan. 19!
Hi everyone! Please welcome our new mods codster76 (https://www.deviantart.com/codster76), ErekiSaiko (https://www.deviantart.com/erekisaiko), and Omega-Tor (https://www.deviantart.com/omega-tor) who've recently joined the team as Curators!
I'd also like to announce that the Featured folder will be locked down starting on Friday, January 19. Once the folder is locked down, we won't be accepting any new submissions until we can get the folder organized/purged. We're hoping to get it done within about a month or so.
All members are encouraged to suggest any artwork that's in the Featured folder to be suggested as a fave for the Megaman Archives gallery since we can't guarantee that every single artwork will be in respective Megaman seri

Megaman fans, if you haven't learned this then you will learn it now. YOU CAN'T RUSH ART. Put down the freaking artillery guns for once and give them five seconds to BREATHE since Their mistakes. Give them time. Time created half-life, and that was a masterpiece. If you're going to hate on me for posting this, then my capcoms earlier point is actually justified: It was the whining fans that brought down legends 3.
